Mindfulness Meditation Program
Our 4 week Mindfulness Meditation Program is designed for those new to meditation or those wanting to develop their existing meditation practice. The program includes:
- a group presentation on the science behind meditation, the benefits and how it builds resilience and enhances performance.
- access to EEG (electroencephalography) brain sensing technology which teaches and guides participants to meditate effectively.
- fortnightly one to one coaching consultations to support participants to successfully establish a regular meditation practice into their lives.
