John Felton – Director
John is the director of The Centre for Personal Performance which is comprised of multiple initiatives focused on improving the health and physical function of individuals in corporate, business and clinical settings. John has a very long history with Rehabilitation, Exercise and Sport having been involved in the exercise industry for over 30 years and competing as an Olympian in the sport of Whitewater Slalom Canoeing at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. John is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science as well as an Associate Diploma in Sport Science. John’s passion is fuelled by helping people take the right health steps to improve their condition, their health and their ability to enjoy life. John also finds great reward in providing a positive working and learning environment for staff and colleagues.
Natalie Hall – Assistant Director – The Centre for Personal Performance
Natalie is a health professional with a wealth of international experience working with executive clients to enhance physiological performance, resilience, health and wellbeing. Natalie is university qualified with an Honours degree in Biokinetics and an undergraduate degree in Sports Science (UKZN, South Africa). Natalie lived in London for 8 years where she worked extensively with Heart Rate Variability (HRV) performance technology and at senior management level for Nuffield Health on digital health services and projects.
Andy Rooke – Associate – Performance & Coaching
Andy is an accomplished CEO, General Manager and Commercial Manager with experience across a diverse range of blue chip businesses including retail, manufacturing, mining and support services. His career has been signified by entering established businesses in senior roles, quickly and successfully summing up the strategies and engagement required to help the business grow and perform. Today Andy provides consulting and coaching services to organisations to build personal performance capability from the top down. Andy’s own experience in a variety of different senior leadership positions has given him first hand understanding of the challenges faced both personally and professionally in high performing teams.

Jackie Nicolls – Assistant Director – Corporate Health & Wellbeing
As the Assistant Director of Corporate Health & Wellbeing, Jackie oversees the operations of our corporate wellness sites. As a passionate health professional she still delivers wellbeing services, helping her clients achieve their individual goals. Her many years of experience combined with a newly completed Wellness Coaching course means she is well equipped to help everyone work towards successful health, fitness and wellness outcomes.
Alex Smith – Assistant Director & Senior Exercise Physiologist – The Exercise Clinic
Alex is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Health and Exercise science. As an EP, Alex is passionate about applying evidence-based practice in the management of chronic disease, injury rehabilitation, pain management and lifestyle modification. Alex strives to equip individuals with the knowledge to lead active and healthy lifestyles. She enjoys motivating people to reach their goals and truly believes that correctly prescribed exercise is the best tool for healthy ageing and the prevention of a magnitude of health conditions.
Emily Smith – Senior Exercise Physiologist – The Exercise Clinic
Emily is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) at the University of Sydney. She joined the team at The Exercise Clinic in 2011 and developed a passion for the “other side” of Exercise Physiology – namely metabolic, cardiovascular disease and cancer and has delivered presentations to breast cancer patients at the Patricia Ritchie Centre at the Mater Hospital.
Nick Saunders – Senior Corporate Health & Wellbeing Coordinator
Nick is a qualified Exercise Physiologist with a wealth of experience working across corporate and clinical exercise practices. Nick has been with EY for 5 years delivering one on one personal training and small group training, as well as strength and conditioning classes.
Chris Barrett – Corporate Manager Auckland
Chris holds a Bachelor of Physical Education (Hons) First Class from the University of Otago. Chris has been involved in workplace health since graduating university in 2009. Chris is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyle choices and preventing injuries within the workplace, thus enabling individuals to live a more productive life.
